Privacy policy.
The short, honest version: this site collects nothing about you unless you send a form, and what you send is used only to get back to you.
What I collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email, and message on the contact form; your name, email, company, website, and tool list on the free SaaS audit form; and your email if you join the newsletter. Nothing is collected just by browsing.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, deliver the audit you asked for, or send the newsletter you signed up for. That’s it — no advertising, no profiling, and your data is never sold or shared beyond the services below.
Services that process it
This site runs on Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), sends email through Resend, and books calls through Cal.com. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Form submissions arrive in my email inbox and newsletter addresses live in Resend.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Analytics are cookieless. Your browser stores a few preferences locally (the motion toggle, sound settings, dismissed popups) — these never leave your device. If you open the Cal.com booking popup, Cal.com sets its own cookies inside its widget under its own policy.
Retention and your rights
Form submissions stay in my inbox until no longer needed; newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe (every email has a link). You can ask me anytime to show, correct, or delete the data I hold about you — email hello@bcdianco.com and I’ll handle it within a few days. I’m based in the Philippines and aim to honor the Philippine Data Privacy Act and GDPR-style rights regardless of where you live.
